(Wed, 07 Jan 2009 02:36:32 PST)

Florida lost to the lowly Islanders on Dec. 31, then bounced back with a 6-1 thrashing of Pittsburgh on Saturday. After losing in a shootout to Montreal, Florida closed with a strong effort against the Maple Leafs.
