Seminoles, coming back from 13 - 0 during the first half to win the game, 31 - 27. Since then, the Peach Bowl has been a sold-out event numerous times, and has held first place for average attendance for all
non-BCS bowl games for the past 5 years. The Peach Bowl also ranks first in charitable and scholarship contributions, donating $407,000 in 2003, and $1.3 million in the last 6 years.
Every year, the Peach Bowl holds more than 30 events. Meant to draw thousands of fans during Bowl Week, the bowl hosts 2 basketball doubleheaders, a game-day parade and a FanFest. In 2002, a Hall of Fame was
created to honor former players, coaches, administrators, and even staff and volunteers that have had an impact on the game. An impressive 650 people volunteer every year to help ensure that the teams and
fans get the best possible experience from the Peach Bowl.
