Bulls Team Report
(Sun, 21 Mar 2010 00:40:25 PDT)
The Bulls have made a habit of late-season playoff pushes. Last year, they won 12 of their last 16 contests. In 2006, they finished with 12 wins in 14 games.
Both times, the Bulls finished with a 41-41 record and played an entertaining first-round playoff series—losing to Boston last year and to Miami in '06.
Well, it's time for another hot finish. After snapping their 10-game losing streak in Philadelphia on Saturday, the Bulls (32-37) were still within striking distance of a playoff spot.
At the end of Saturday's action, they trailed Toronto by 2 1/2 games for the final playoff spot in the East and were three games behind seventh-place Charlotte.
The Bulls' schedule is somewhat favorable, with eight of the last 13 games at home.

The Dallas Mavericks got back to their winning ways and avoided the first-quarter struggles that have bothered them lately. They also were thrilled to get Jason Terry back just two weeks after surgery to repair a broken bone in his face. Things would've really gone great if not for a lapse in the fourth quarter.
