Busy Pirates fill up 40-man roster

The Pirates made multiple maneuvers on Friday to set their 40-man roster. Right-handed pitcher Chris Jakubauskas was claimed off waivers from the Mariners, while another right-handed pitcher, Jeff Karstens, was designated for assignment to make room.
