Romero suspended for 50 games

Phillies lefty J.C. Romero tested positive for use of an over-the-counter supplement and has been suspended for the first 50 games of the 2009 season, MLB announced Tuesday. At the same time, MLB also announced that Yankees pitcher Sergio Mitre was suspended for 50 games for the same reason.
