GIFT CERTIFICATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Empire Tickets gift certificates may be used as payment for your total Empire Tickets purchase, including any shipping charges, handling fees and/or taxes.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or cash.
- Gift certificates are only redeemable by the person named on the gift certificate or the original purchaser.
- Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates must be spent within 18 months from the date of issuance or they will expire.*
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
- Gift certificates can be redeemed over the phone at (800) 725-0112 or in person at the Empire Tickets office located at 3 West Paces Ferry Road, Suite 203 Atlanta, GA 30305.
- Empire Tickets must receive the original gift certificate before an order can be completed.
- Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- Empire Tickets is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Empire Tickets reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
